To Beef or not to Beef!!!it sounds like were going into very dangerous waters SM Club this being Berlin and all!!!!!!but what it is ? daring restaurant that specializes in the Italian Cuisine with a nod towards meat!!!and steak to be exact but then there a few things for a vegetarian and others who prefer fish and poultry located in Berlin‘s Schoeneberg district!!!!the place a modern and welcoming furnished restaurant with a young and quirky urban staff!!! that were quite sincerely cool since I showed up with out a reservation on a friday night and of course the place was packed!!!but thank goodness we did get a table where my date and I had a chance to chatter!!!
So We finally got a nice glass of an italian Rose and beer and I decided on chicken drumstick with polenta and my date had a large piece of Beef Steak with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables we were told the meat were from an organic farm in the tuscany region of Italy !!!so we were in for a treat!!!!
and we were not disappointed my dish was good the chicken was slightly grilled and tender and well seasoned in a very light tomato sauce ,the Polents was tender and still slightly toasted !!My date was quite taken with the Medium Rare Steak and stated that the dish was well prepared, so were both happy with our meal this was accompanied with fresh bread which was good and hearty.The meal accompanied with our rose Wine from the Toscana was a good accompaniment to our meal instead of the normal red or white wines!!!We were offered two various desserts and the First was a Chocolate Mousee with topped with Cream
wow tasty ok!!! I must admit a little heavy but quite heaven!! The other desert was a Cream with Custard and topped with Granola also a true treat it was also a bit heavy but both deserts were good basta!!! depending on ones sweet tooth the chocolate or creamed custard are both a good choice!!!We were waited on by a cool and friendly staff and I must admit on this evening the place was quite full but the energy good!!!!It’s a cool place to have a meal!!they specialize in Meat however for the vegetarian you will find something on the Menu!!!!They offer Hamburgers I saw one at my neighbors table it looked quite good and the serving was pretty darn big !!!! What I liked was the relaxed and modern energy here!!!The food was not cheap but we really had a good time so when in the hood try out To Beef or not to Beef!!!

P.S. We paid roughly 70 Euro so its not cheap but the place was really cool and I did not mind spending a little more for a good meal with a smile !!!!
