There are really tons of fun places to buy that little special something in Berlin!!! recently I felt like Martha StewartMartha Stewart the American Icon,I adore her so much!!!! Well recently I was in Kreuzberg and discovered this little store in the called Senf salon“Senf” which literally means Mustard well Its a store dedicated to Mustard of all sorts and Chutneys,Marmalade and various oils for the culinary wizard in us all !!!!located in the Hagelbergerstrasse 46 in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin.
I found this really little jewel of a store and had the opportunity to wander around and be inspired from the various types of mustard and chutneys that they offer the most interesting for me was the cassis mustard but the traditional sweet mustard and curry mustards were also available packaged in sweet little bottles they seem to be packaged with so much care and love I had to purchase a few. I thought this made a wonderful gift when one is stumped about what to get a friend.They also have a whole sale delivery service so that it is possible to send some of these delightful treats.I realized that for most mustards are great for the great sausages offered in Germany but also for Fish such as Salmon.
So I figure for a fashionista this place is a wonderful creative alternative when you are looking for that oh boy!!!!!I want to get something quirky and unique
then off and shop for your culinary goodies at the Senf salon!!!!!its truly spicy!!!!!!
