“Poveracci “ Facebook/Poveracci!!!A little restaurant in the Torstrasse in Berlin‘s mitte district!!!We were headed off to another restaurant that was closed so we decided to take a chance and though the place is really small that’s what gives it a unique charm!!!We were welcomed graciously which I always like and then we decided stay here and just relax on this particular rainy evening@!@@@We started off with white wine a Pinot Grigio and Bottled Water which were good soothing and then after indulging in our drinks we order a delightful and tasty Focaccia it was light, fluffy and just enough Garlic and salt to make it quite a good start on this evening. We decided on ordering a Frutti di Mare salad which included Octopus and squids it was tasty and the fish was still tender and this can be tricky with this dish. The other salad ordered by my Pal was a mixed salad with Pikeperch filet these salads were quite a big portion but they were well seasoned and the salad sauce was generously spread across the salads that made these starters the perfect start for our main course!!!
For our maincourse we both had the Italian Classic Spaghetti Vongole it was light and the perfect accompaniment to our starters!!!!
so because this evening turned out to be fun and relaxing we stayed longer and I decided to have desert!!! a Tiramisu which is one of my all time favorites. The desert was not great but I still enjoyed the desert it was light however the taste was not as intense for me I felt something was missing!!!Overa ll the evening was fun and not fussy it’s really a Cute place to have meal with nice service inBerlin‘s Hip Mitte District Enjoy!!!
PS The meal was roughly 65.00 Euro granted not inexspensive but was worth the meal considering we had a bottle of white wine

Love Sean
