I was invited to dinner at a restaurant I had heard of in Berlin
, but never had visited. I love to dine and that night I was up for something new and decided to go to Berlin-Moskau
The restaurant located in the Berlin’s Tiergarten district that is very close the the Governments quarters, but still not in the middle of all the action which made the visit quite nice and peaceful!!!!!so that evening I decided on an entree of tender Filet Fish accompanied by ravioli and an interesting potato puree which was unique and tasty, not overbearing considering the combination which included green beans and carrots. The taste was unique yet still good!!!!my date had a breast of chicken with sauteed cucumbers and chanterelle mushrooms which was delicate and each composition seemed to harmonize with the other despite the odd combinations!!!!!!both our meals were darn good and still nevertheless light, so that I decided on a desert of a shortcake with a white chocolate mousse which was good a little too much extras on my plate but the taste was good even though I could have done without the extras!!!!!!!accompanying our meal was a 2009 Grauer Burgunder white wine and I had a wonderful glass of the house Champagne!!!!!!!
The evening was relaxing, the atmosphere very well groomed and sophisticated without the place being too stuffy!!!!the service I must say was very good !!!they were not pushy or unfriendly so I give them an applause for their service even though they kept the change from the bill!!!!!!if you want a nice evening on the town and a nice evening meal please go to this very charming and sophisticated restaurant it is truly a treat !!!!!!
We left paying roughly 110 Euro which was a little pricy but still fine since the food was worth every darn penny!see for your self !!!
P.S.Enjoy the art work it is quite unique and makes the setting of this restaurant !!!!!!
