I have noticed that often the waistline for outerwear has been shown by many Designers. Regardless if Prada,Stefanel or even at H&M .I Like the idea of a belt around the waistline it lends an easy and feminine accent to any look and its been shown even on Down Coats that as we know have volume!!!!
