Yes, we need all our cafe in the morning or a little breakfast so for a few years in Berlin one has had the Cafe Einstein as a good alternative when in Berlin,since they are located all over the city. I must say Einstein makes a pretty good darn cafe.Finally last week they opened a new cafe/restaurant in the Friedrichstrasse above thier traditional coffee to go shop called “71” which is located on the second floor above their standard
coffee shop and aims to offer the customer “Fine Urban Cuisine” .This new concept of small bistro restaurant is great since you have the opportunity to have breakfast or a quick business lunch.I ordered on this day a small vegetable fish soup which I later learned are made fresh every day from a culinary berlin group made up by two siblings called “Gebrueder Eggert” and a Chai Latte my light lunch was good,and fresh.I actually liked the semi formal setting at Einstein’s “71”is a nice option when one wants a small snack in a friendly,discreet and sleek atmosphere.Located on the Friedrichstrasse at the luxury shopping mall and department store Quartier 205.It’s a nice option when you your in the area.
Prices are quite fair so it’s worth stopping by for a quick bite.
