I Have been seeing this season many skirts and dresses flared at the hemline.Regardless if sexy or sportive The short flared skirt or dress is a fun option when deciding on what to wear for a fun evening out or with long boots a very modern cjoice.The same flared skirt optic can be worn in the office with the right length and at times with the appropriate tights.What I have noticed lately is that this silhouette often is seen in colors such as Black,and other dark tones which makes the silhouette easy to wear but at times designers such as Mcqueen and Diane Von Fuerstenberg have designed skirts in bright colors and textures.The fabrics vary from wool ,to jersey to heavy satin fabrics.The flared skirt style can be worn often with a heel however if one wants to achieve a little bit of a schoolgirl optic then the choice of a flat shoe will does the trick and for a modern boheme look a boot is quite divine.
