Some find them uncomfortable and others cheer at their return.
Not least because they allow one to indulge in the fashionable past when we were children … who does not remember the noise as mummy clattered about the asphalt with these divine shoes!!!
Meanwhile one gets them in the most diverse variations,… this winter i also bought a fantastic pair. So immediately I was amazed at my discovery I found at the Berlin exhibitions trade shows in Berlin from the label Matta NY . The collection presented were the classic Clogs as boots with one clog style adorned with a traditional wooden sole or a new alternative in a comfortable and flexible plastic variation.
Brilliant were that you could mix together the various materials.
The torture??? what pair to choose from???? … The shoes in natural napa leather in colors such as olive green, and extending to crazy and racy colors such as red patent leather!!
every delicious color one could imagine was present. The collection!!just brilliant!!!!

FranziSeit längerem sind Holzsohlen wieder total angesagt… die Meinungen darüber sind gespalten. Die einen finden sie unbequem und die anderen, bejubeln diese Wiederkehr. Nicht zuletzt, weil sie uns in Erinnerungen unserer Kindheit schwelgen lassen… wer kennt nicht das Geräusch, als Mami damit über den Asphalt klapperte!!! Mittlerweile bekommt man sie in den verschiedensten Varianten… habe mir in diesem Winter, auch ein tolles Paar zugelegt. So komme ich auch gleich zur nächsten Entdeckung auf der Premium exhibitions in BerlinBerlin. MATTA NYMattaNY ist ein Label aus New York, wie der Name es ja schon sagt. Im klassischen Clogstil, wurden hier Stiefel vorgestellt. Einmal mit traditioneller Holzsohle oder wahlweise auch in der bequemen und flexiblen Kunststoff Variante. Super fand ich, dass man das Aussen- und Innenmaterial selbst zusammenstellen kann. Man hat die Qual der Wahl… von natürlichen Lederoptiken in Oliv-Grün, bis hin zum knalligen Lackleder in Rot ist alles dabei. Echt super!!!! Also, auf die Plätze, klappern, los 😉 Franzi
